Why It Works

A unified approach to clinical growth and financial strategy.

A surgeon who trained at McKinsey. A dealmaker who has closed transactions for private equity. When they work the same engagement, clients get clinical judgment and financial firepower that usually require two separate firms — without the gap in between.

Co-Founder & Clinical & Operations Advisory Lead

Double Board-Certified, General Surgery & Surgical Critical Care · Fellow, American College of Surgeons · Fellow, International College of Surgeons

Dr. Mallah is a double board-certified surgeon who has performed over 4,000 cases across five continents, ranging from academic medical centers to United Nations disaster relief zones. Beyond his clinical and institutional expertise, Dr. Mallah deeply understands the operational realities of scaling in resource-constrained environments. Having founded a successful grassroots venture and invented a patent-pending medical device, he knows firsthand what it takes to navigate regulatory pathways, optimize clinical workflows, and drive growth for independent healthcare organizations doing more with less.
